Since 1991, FERGUSONS' has brokered Key Locations for Film/Video/Still Shoot projects. Jean Ferguson, a licensed California Real Estate Broker for almost 30 years, credits her longevity success to her Construction and Property Management, Interior Design background. She's one of only two women in the US to have been awarded a US Patent on a residential design. She was the first Property Manager of Two Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, CA (the most exclusive retail center in the world at the time). She is also an Award Winning Professional Artist. These skill sets prepared Fergusons' Locations to become a trusted source of supplying locations.

FERGUSONS' & FRIENDS© began when our FAVORITE Location Managers began to refer their own, their family's and their favorite location owners to us. Many of these locations are usually "not on the market", (called "pocket listings" in real estate) but they will allow filming through FERGUSONS'.
FRIENDS listing are becoming a special feature of our library. From theaters, to parking lots, climbing walls to an unusual resort, restaurants/bars, ocean front retreats and mansions to compounds!
