FERGUSONS has been one-Owner since 1991. We are a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.   (We are the only Location Library with a licensed Real Estate Broker as the head who has professional Property Management Experience.)  Even our General Manager (also called the "best in the business), Paul Keefe has been with us over 13 years.

While others come (and go) from production, general real estate or miscellaneous 'sales' backgrounds,  FERGUSONS is only company with experience in the field of true property management.   We were the first On Site property manager for Two Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills (the most expensive retail space ever built).  We know how to take care of and  prevent problems when you have film crews in and around your location.

We are offered many locations every week and some we must decline.   As this is a closed loop market, we seek representation of the more unique and interesting properties that we know are or will be in demand.  We can't accept homes that are too small to film in, on the market for sale or that 'everyone has but no one markets'.

As real Property Managers, we know how to set your home up for filming and we work with you to establish a professional entity:  Your Home and Us ! We don't ever deal in sleaze;  we make sure neighborhoods are respected and we have the (earned) reputation for being "by far the best and the most fair".   We also don't work both sides of the fence (paid by producers and collect commissions too).  We represent only Locations and over the years Production has come to rely upon our representation and trust us which is why we proudly put the  FERGUSONS  name right out there so you'll know who you are dealing with!
