This Great Lady was built about the same era as the others. located a few blocks away from DownTown, on very wide streets, the Upgraded "storefront" facade could play any 'fine shop' or exclusive retail.
Caution: Don't ask anyone in the building if you can film a dress shop there.
The only people to ask about filming is us! Managers come and go, but we have life-time listing.
We have storefront, we have COMMERCIAL KITCHEN! we have large two room capacity meeting hall|cafeteria|night club, a long food service line, great stainless steel elevator banks, and a large mail room with loads of mailboxes. we have office on first floor and we have views!
